As have many terror suspects too

The ED has carried out more than 50 searches at various premises in multiple cities, including Delhi, Mumbai, Vadodara, Ahmedabad and Surat, in connection with the case. The ED had earlier arrested three persons, including Delhi-based businessman Gagan Dhawan, former director of Andhra Bank, Anup Garg, and Rajbhushan Dixit, director of Sterling Biotech. The company and its directors are being probed.Bogus sale/purchases were shown between the benami companies and the Sterling group firms to divert loan funds and inflate turnovers to obtain further loans from banks.67 crore and various high-end luxury cars."Some of the diverted loan funds were also paid to public servants. We are waiting for details. Some of these companies have been identified as Dipraj Trading, Embio Trading, Gatsby Trading, Newport Enterprise and Raj Bones. The funds so raised were rotated in multiple layers to conceal the source of such funds. They fled the country before the CBI registered a case against them last year in August. This two color injection molding machine is a big catch. Several other defaulters have been picked up in the Emirates and packed off to India. The siphoned off loan funds were used to buy properties in the names of various companies, to purchase shares of Sterling Biotech and Sterling International Enterprises to attract "market fancy" and project a healthy picture of the companies.Earlier, in a major crackdown, the ED had attached movable and immovable properties worth more than Rs 4,700 crore.New Delhi: In a significant development in the ongoing war against bank fraud, Dubai authorities have reportedly arrested Nitin Sandesara, one of the co-accused in the Sterling Biotech loan fraud case amounting to Rs 5,383 crore. Sources close to developments revealed to FC that Nitin Sandesara is likely to be deported to India shortly because CBI, the nodal agency, has been informed by Interpol of the grab. The attached assets include immovable properties of about 4,000 acres, plant machinery, around 200 bank accounts of various companies and accounts of promoters, shares worth Rs 6. The ED probe, according to senior officers, revealed that the Sandesara group of companies have allegedly cheatedseveral banks and the total outstanding amount against banks and investors may go beyond Rs 10,000 crore.

This would be the biggest win in terms of a big defaulter cum absconder being arrested in UAE and is part of the growing closeness and enduring relationship between the Emirates and India. On June 1, the ED had attached assets worth over Rs 4,700 crore of the Gujarat-based company under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act. The Sandesaras had allegedly floated more than 300 shell and benami companies in India and abroad to divert and misuse loan funds."The legal process post the arrest is taking place in Dubai. These companies were controlled by the Sandesaras through dummy directors, who were or are employees of the various companies of the Sterling Group, it is alleged. The loans were sanctioned by a consortium of banks led by Andhra Bank and comprising UCO Bank, State Bank of India, Allahabad Bank and Bank of India. Two months ago, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) had filed a charge sheet against Rajbhushan Dixit, director of Sterling Biotech, in the case.It is alleged that several companies promoted by Sandesara brothers had, on the basis of false and fabricated documents, fraudulently obtained credit facilities of about Rs 5,383 crore from various banks, which subsequently turned non-performing assets (NPA).A major breakthrough in the case came when the ED successfully recovered truckloads of material connected to the formation and management of the shell and benami companies, such as original cheque books, rubber stamps, company seals, original property documents, original PAN cards, and more than 10 lakh pages of other incriminating documents, according to the ED.

The main accused in the case, Sandesara brothers, Nitin and Chetan Sandesara, allegedly defrauded a consortium of government banks.Till date, the banks have declared as fraud the various outstanding loan accounts in respect of the Sterling Group, including Sterling Biotech, Sterling Port, PMT Machines, Sterling SEZ and Infrastructure and Sterling Oil Resources. The materials were seized from a room in Jogeshwari (East), Mumbai, where it was shifted from various premises and was being concealed to evade seizure. The modus operandi of money laundering involved the formation of shell/benami companies, manipulating balance sheets, inflating turnovers and insider shares trading. As have many terror suspects too. A money laundering case was registered by the agency based on a CBI FIR against Sandesara group of companies, including Sterling Biotech. Official sources said Sandesara was arrested by Dubai police based on a non-bailable arrest warrant issued by an Indian court. Indian probe agencies had information on Nitin Sandesara being in Dubai, following which the authorities alerted the officials in the United Arab Emirates. Indian agencies will try to get him deported," a senior official said. Nitin Sandesara was an absconding director of Sterling. It is also investigating various cross-border transactions undertaken by the group," said an official.CBI has booked Vadodara-based Sterling Biotech, its directors Chetan Jayantilal Sandesara, Dipti Chetan Sandesara, Rajbhushan Omprakash Dixit, Nitin Jayantilal Sandesara and Vilas Joshi, chartered accountant Hemant Hathi, former director Andhra Bank Anup Garg and some unidentified persons in connection with the alleged bank fraud case.Luxury vehicles were bought and a total of Rs 140 crore was withdrawn from bank accounts of various shell/benami companies. The ED is investigating this aspect of the case

The tax cuts are really not moving the needle

"Not a rise. Such additional borrowing typically sends interest rates up and makes it harder for businesses to borrow, spend and expand. Since then, its stayed steady, and the job market has remained strong." "People may disagree with me," Kudlow continued, "but Im saying this, we are just in the early stages".3 per cent.Economic growth has picked up this year, having reached a four-year high of 4.Even if the economy did accelerate unexpectedly, the Fed would then likely raise rates faster to avert a pickup in inflation and cause the expansion to slow. Thats a sign to him that the growth in 2018 might be fleeting.Even within the government, the leading forecasts are more sober. Yet the vast baby boom generation is retiring. Not a blip.

"Economists are incredibly hopeful that the White House is right," said Carl Tannenbaum, chief economist of Northern Trust.Scott Anderson, chief economist at Bank of the West, noted that the USD 1. "Unfortunately, most economic analysis and past historical patterns suggest that were in the middle of a sugar rush that will wear off. The Fed expects growth to slip to 2.4 per cent in 2019 and 2 per cent in 2020.Whats more, a global economic slowdown, stemming from factors beyond the administrations control, perhaps among troubled emerging economies, would likely spill over to the United States.Tannenbaum noted that the economy faces two trends that essentially act as a speed limit. In addition, the tax cuts and government spending that are helping boost economic growth for now have swollen the budget deficit, which is expected to surpass USD 1 trillion annually in 2020 — a level Tannenbaum calls "absolutely frightening".Washington: Is the latest pickup in PET injection molding machine Manufacturers US economic growth destined to slow in the years ahead as most analysts say? Or, as the Trump administration insists, is the economy on the cusp of an explosive boom that will reward Americans and defy those expectations?Yesterday, President Donald Trumps chief economic adviser made his case for the boom.7 per cent average rate to 1.Tannenbaum notes that "the data suggest that the vast majority of tax savings have been used by companies to increase dividends and repurchase shares," which gives shareholders more money but doesnt increase corporate investment or workers wages.1 per cent at an annual rate last quarter.5 trillion worth of tax cuts that will take effect over the next decade were supposed to spur companies to make additional investments in machinery, vehicles and other technology that would lift worker productivity. First, over time, the economy can grow only as fast as the size of its workforce.Yet its hard to find any outside mainstream economists who would agree with Kudlows assertion that the Trump administration can accelerate or even sustain that growth rate.A second factor is the growth of worker productivity — the amount of output per hour worked — which has fallen by half in the decade since the Great Recession, from a 2.Most also say the Feds continuing interest rate hikes, combined with the trade conflicts Trump has sparked with most of Americas trading partners, could also limit growth. Most analysts see the economy growing a solid 3 per cent this year — a potential political asset for Trump and the Republican Party, especially with the approach of Novembers congressional elections.During the longest US expansion, from 1991 through 2001, the working-age population grew an average of 1.5 per cent annually. The Congressional Budget Office said this week that growth would likely slow to 1."The single biggest event, be it political or otherwise, this year is an economic boom that most people thought would be impossible to generate," Kudlow said at a Cabinet meeting, speaking at the presidents request and looking directly at him.But the pace of equipment spending has fallen since the end of last year.Such high deficits require large-scale government borrowing.Whats more, the administration is seeking to limit immigration, which would reduce the number of available workers.

Yet from 2008 through 2017, it expanded an average of just 0."The tax cuts are really not moving the needle for businesses," Anderson said.Calling mainstream predictions "pure nonsense", Larry Kudlow declared that the expansion —already the second-longest on record — is merely in its "early innings"."Economists have generally forecast that the pace of annual economic growth will slip to about 2. The stock market is also nearing an all-time high, a sign of confidence about corporate profits.. Job gains are also running at a slightly faster pace than in 2017.The US economy grew for seven straight years under President Barack Obama before Trump took office early last year.2 per cent a year.Analysts generally expect that the benefits from Trumps tax cuts and an additional USD 300 billion in government spending that he signed into law in February will gradually slow along with economic growth. On top of that risk, the Trump administrations tariffs, which are meant to force countries to trade on terms more favourable to the US, could devolve into a trade war that would imperil economic growth.5 per cent in 2019 and then less in the subsequent years.7 per cent in 2020

He said people in Chhattisgarh knew who has been helpin

I am sure we will end this Vanvaas," he said, when asked about the outcome of the polls and his party prospects. There are many good leaders in Congress. "Somebody says we cannot give or we cannot accept so many seats. The graph has fallen considerably today," Singh Deo said. There are many good people in the party who have done very good work. So it is good for Congress," Singh Deo said. But, we are talking to all like-minded parties except Ajit Jogis Janta Congress Chhattisgarh," Singh Deo said. "This coming together may also reflect in the upcoming elections in Chhattisgarh," Singh Deo said. Yahan bhi ho jayega (It will be here too)," Singh Deo said. "No chances of his coming back," Singh Deo asserted. If you say anything against the government then you are anti-national. He ruled out any chances of Jogi, who had for long been associated with the Congress, coming back to the party. It is a new concept which has come out.New Delhi: Like goddess Sita chose Lord Ram, the Chief Ministers face of the Congress will be elected through swayamvar after the Assembly elections, Chhattisgarh Leader of Opposition T S Singh Deo has said. To a question whether or not the Congress will project somebody as its chief ministerial candidate ahead of the polls due later in 2018, he made an analogy from Hindu epic Ramayana and said lord Ram did not get married straight on.

Polls for 90 Assembly constituencies in Chhattisgarh are slated to be held in November-December this year."Things are not good in the country. Also we cannot make party cadre follow a line. "Ram came back (to power) after 14 years. In an interview with PTI, Singh Deo said his party was open to alliance with like-minded opposition parties to ensure the alliance wins and the ruling BJP is out of the power.Citing instances of corruption in the BJP-ruled government in the state, he said the Congress will definitely win the upcoming elections. He said the Congress party, which has been out of power in the state for the past 15 years, will form the government in the state in the same way lord Ram ended vanvaas (exile) after 14 long years. We need to take them into confidence. A chief ministers face by itself is not guarantee for anything. When asked about the prospects of proposed alliance among the Congress and regional parties including the BSP, he said his party was open to such a possibility as it could be a win-win situation for the opposition. The major exercise is to get cadres (of all the parties in case alliance happen) along..Raman Singh, who is the longest serving chief minister of the BJP, is ruling Chhattisgarh since 2003. In Himachal Pradesh, the BJP lost the seat of designated CM candidate," Singh Deo, heir of royal family of Sarguja, said. He said Raman Singh was not declared the chief ministerial candidate in 2003. But if you cannot hold a particular view and you force them to tow a particular line with the use of state machinery then it is wrong. If this is going to be atmosphere in the country, it is not only tragic but something major needs to be done to check it," Singh Deo said.

"It is not like that it is a sort of hidden thing. "The situation which existed in 2013 (Assembly elections) does not exist today. He said people in Chhattisgarh knew who has been helping Jogi while he was in the Congress. He said that is the reason why all senior leaders of like-minded party in the country are thinking of coming together."Where was Yogi Adityanath face in UP election? They (BJP) did not have any face. Disagreements are fine. He said it is not like that people are not seeing who all are the Congress leaders."He had the Swayamvar. He was sabotaging and weakening the party from within. They also did Swayamvar. Ghar ka bhedi lanka dhaye wali jo kahawat hai (Internal saboteur causing harm). He said alliance among opposition parties depends on various matters including that of seat sharing."It is Raman Singh and the BJP that is helping Jogi.He said Congress leaders are very happy in Chhattisgarh over Ajit Jogis exit as he was working as internal saboteur. I have always been saying that Jogi is B team of the BJP," the Congress leader said. So there will be Swayamvar after the polls victory," the senior Congress leader said. "While being in the Congress he was working against the Congress. When asked about the impact of possible campaigning by Prime Minister Narendra PVC injection molding machine Modi for the Assembly polls in Chhattisgarh, he said Modi will be much lesser factor than he was in 2013

The mind, being a lover of enjoyment

Ecologists sensitively do not want to alter anything in the environment, which will upset the balance of nature. We would try to live our lives so that we do not pollute the environment in which other people have to reside. We will, in fact, shower that love on all living things and on our planet earth. By restoring the ecological health of our soul, we will be purifying and uplifting all creation.Let us devote our time to the spiritual practices so we can recover our innate God-given beauty. Many of us think that our seat of intelligence is brain. When soul inhabits a physical body it must work through a physical mind and organs. The soul is now led by the mind and has been caught up in the multi-coloured impressions of the world.

The soul should have been in control of the mind and body, but situation has been reversed. Thus, we have to develop a kind of respect for our environment in which we do not ignore the claims and contributions of even the tiniest of insects. In a similar fashion, our insatiable appetite for gratifying our senses has polluted the natural purity of soul. The whole problem of ecology could be solved if we as humans start to realise that each form of creation inhabiting the earth is an embodied soul. The sights and sounds, the aromas and tastes, and the intriguing sensations of the world have attracted our attention, which is the outer expression of our soul. As we develop positive virtues and continue meditating, we find imperfections and pollutants that covered us will fall away and we are restored to our original purity. Ecology means that if we are polluting our world it shows that we do not care about anyone else.

We would see the light of God in each living thing. The operator behind the machinery of the body and mind is the soul. If we realise the soul in us is the same soul that inhabits every being, whether plant or animal, and comes from the same source, from the same oversoul, from God, then we would care about and love every being. We have hybrid injection molding machine Factory polluted our air, water and soil, and are destroying the earth’s ozone layer, forests and its animals. But the brain is merely a tool, like a complex computer, through which the soul communicates with and receives impressions from the outer world. If our planet, with its interdependent ecology systems, is to survive, we have to learn to live in harmony with all creation. If all of us in this world start thinking of everyone else as our brothers and sisters, as being of the same essence as God that we are, then we would not do anything to harm other people. As a result our attention has been dragged outward through the nine doors of the body: the two eyes, two ears, two nostrils, the mouth and two organs below. We no longer injure the feelings of others. The mind, being a lover of enjoyment, has pulled our consciousness into the physical world and we have forgotten our true self. Then, this world will return to the divine stage of godly bliss and ecstasy for which we were created. But our exploitation of the planet has sullied these natural resources. For millions of years our earth has had clean air and fresh flowing waters. Similarly, when we advance spiritually, we begin to move through life with sensitivity. Once we develop it, we will reflect the radiance to all those with whom we come in contact.
